ACCESSIBILITY REPORT

TRANSPORENT is committed to making its web site and mobile application accessible — aiming to ensure digital accessibility for all clients, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).

This accessibility statement applies to the the following resources:

• website www.sixtplus.ee

• mobile application “SIXT+ Baltic” (iOS and Android)

The latest accessibility audit was conducted on June 20, 2025.

Website compliance

Based on the accessibility audit, the website www.sixtplus.ee is partially compliant with accessibility requirements. Website is operable and accessible for it’s main porpose of providing customers a catalog of cars and option to apply for a car subscription, however audit identified several areas that require improvement to ensure better accessibility:

• Keyboard - Some interactive elements (e.g., carousels, drop-downs) are not keyboard accessible.

• Bypass Blocks - no “Skip to main content” link.

• Error Identification - forms do not clearly indicate errors.

• Labels or Instructions - some form fields lack labels.

• Non-text Content - Some images and icons lack meaningful alt text. Ho

• Contrast (Minimum) - Text over images and light backgrounds lacks sufficient contrast.

• Images of Text - Some banners use text embedded in images.

• Link Purpose (In Context) - Some links (e.g., “Learn more”) are ambiguous.

• Focus Visible - Focus indicators are missing or hard to see.

• Parsing - Some HTML elements are improperly nested. Structural improvements are needed

• Name, Role, Value - Custom components lack ARIA roles or accessible names.

Mobile app compliance

Based on the accessibility audit, the mobile application “SIXT+ Baltic” is partially compliant with accessibility requirements. The audit identified several areas that require improvement to ensure better accessibility:

Text scaling – The app has a fixed text size with no option to enlarge the text.

Color contrast and visual clarity – In some places, text and background colors have insufficient contrast.

Keyboard navigation and screen reader support – Some elements (like buttons or links) are inaccessible via keyboard or lack visible focus indicators. Several interactive elements lack proper labels in the code, preventing assistive technologies from interpreting them.

Screen rotation – The app can only be used in portrait mode, with no option to switch to landscape view.

Planned improvements

TRANSPORENT has developed an accessibility improvement plan to gradually implement the identified enhancements. The company notes that, in accordance with the car subscription service terms of use, the car subscription service is intended for drivers holding a valid driver’s license. Therefore, non-compliances relevant to customers, who meet the service eligibility criteria, will be addressed as a priority, while also ensuring that alternative online service options are available to all customers.
